If you're expecting a refund on a card that has been replaced with a new one from the same bank, the refund should automatically be processed to your new card or account. 
When a card is lost, stolen or cancelled, we can still refund the same account on the card. We cannot refund your order to a different card. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 working days of the refund completion, please submit a request here and we will be happy to investigate.
