Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is refunded?

We're really sorry if you've received an email saying one or more of the items you've ordered is refunded. This is due to our systems automatically refunding any items which are out of stock at the time. 


When this happens, it means we thought we had stock of the item when you placed the order. However, when our warehouse went to pack your order, we realised the item wasn't available anymore. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this.
