Royal Mail
If no one was home when Royal Mail tried to deliver, they'll leave a red 'something for you' card. The card explains why they couldn't deliver and tells you how to arrange a Redelivery or pick up your item. They may attempt delivery to one of your neighbours or leave in a safe place. Please contact our customer care team, if you have any problems arranging re-delivery.

What if I don't want you to leave my parcel in a SafePlace?
Please download the Royal Mail App where you can opt out of SafePlace, so we know to use alternative delivery options for your orders. You can also contact the Royal Mail Customer Experience Team on 03457 740 740. They are open Monday to Friday 8am-6:30pm, Saturday 8am-3pm and Sunday 9am-2pm.https://www.royalmail.com/downloadapp

DPD
If you placed your order on a premium delivery service DPD will deliver this to your address. If you are not home, the driver will try to deliver it to the next-door neighbour. If they are not home either, the parcel will be taken to the nearest Pickup parcel shop. It can then be collected from there the following day. DPD will keep you updated of your delivery via text message and email so you can keep track of your delivery. If you need to update your delivery options, please go through the email notification when your parcel has been dispatched.
