What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

We're sorry if there's an item missing from your order. Here’s what could’ve happened:

  • The item you ordered may have been out of stock at the time - we would have sent you a refund confirmation about this. 
  • Our warehouse made a mistake. If you have a missing item, please get in touch with us here. Let us know which item is missing, your order number along with a photo of your dispatch note and parcel showing if it has been tampered with in any way and our teams will investigate this for you.
