We suggest that you use Retinol during your PM routine. We recommend using Retinol based on your age and alternating your usage. 2 times a week in your twenties, 3 times a week in your thirties, and so on per decade. If you experience sensitivity, reduce frequency.
We do recommend using retinol in the evenings when you're not using any other acid, stick to one acid per day to keep the skin happy, and wear a high SPF daily.
